Bruce speaks to the St.Catharines Rotary club about the opportunity in Change, the opportunity to build a strong Team of NIagara through the election of the Regional "at large" by all the voters of Niagara from Fort Erie to Grimsby.
The Change is that the Municipal election in October of 2018 will be the first time all the voters of Niagara will choose the Regional Chair. It will not be the choice of the 30 elected Regional councillors anymore.
A vision for all of Niagara will be needed to win the most votes and achieve the Regional Chairmanship.
